Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time may extend slightly during high-volume periods such as product drops or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your shipping zone.

We currently ship to customers within the United States. For international orders, please contact us at Richkicksofficial@gmail.com before placing your order.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Enkasa is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier after dispatch. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier first. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
